On-Site RegistrationRegistration will close on 28 August and thereafter delegates will be required to register on-site. The on-site rates are £595.00 for members and £650.00 for non-members.

*Please note that there are a limited number of trainee places available and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. In order to qualify for the trainee fee you must submit a letter from your employer confirming your trainee status.
PaymentPayment should be made in advance of the Congress by one of the following methods:
1.MasterCard/Visa. Please note that all fees paid by credit card will be charged at the actual exchange rate at the time of the transaction. No other credit cards can be accepted.
2.Cheque or banker’s draft, in pounds sterling only, drawn on a UK bank made payable to ‘Concorde Services/EANS 2007’
CancellationNotification of cancellations must be sent, in writing, to the Congress Organisers. Cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, 27 June with a refund of all fees except for an administration fee of 25%. No refunds can be made for cancellations received on or after Thursday, 28 June 2007. Substitutions of attendees can be made at any time
Confirmations and Joining InstructionsConfirmation of registration will be sent to delegates whose payment has been received. In addition, Joining Instructions will be sent out in July 2007, by email, to assist you with your visit to Glasgow. Please ensure you submit your email address when registering.
Data ProtectionYour name and address will be contained in the full list of participants, available to all delegates and exhibitors. If you do not wish to have your name included, please indicate on the registration form. We may be supplying names and addresses of participants to sponsors/exhibitors of the event to enable them to contact you with regard to their marketing objectives and/or satellite programme. If you do not wish to have your names included, please indicate on the registration form.

However, the Congress organisers and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Congress, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. In the event of cancellation of the Congress all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, the Congress organisers and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings. Tours may be subject to cancellation should minimum numbers not be achieved.
